I am as much concerned to put on some weight as some are to loose it.
It is now 4 years i am trying to put on 15 pounds but it is almost impossible. I am tired of counting my calorie intake and so on. I eat a lot but no effect.
Is there any supplement which can help me? or any newer advice?

go to the gym to gain some muscles - you just have to ask the instructor for the right exercises.
and eat proteins.

Do everything nutritionists tell you not to do lol.

1. Eat fried food
2. Turn into a couch potato
3. Eat before you sleep
4. Go to as many buffets as possible

Do you move around a lot? Are you restless? You can lose a lot of calories that way. Keep still!!!

Well done for relisng you have a problem, although you dont sound very determined!!!
Start cooking differently, if you cannot gain wweight (me neither i neither gain nor lose it!) add butter or cook in fat.
Eat more fatty meats, etc, and dont think of it as a chore, most would love to be in your position!
I dont know how much you eat (i used to think ia te alot, and have now realised that i dont!)
You can still exercise, but you dont need to.
You dont ahve to eat lots in one go-eat every couple of hours.
Have bigger protions/cahnge what you eat.
B ut full fat milk and eat lots of cheese.
Sorry but as i dont know what you eat at the mo, i cant help much more.
Good luck!

I had a good friend in high school that we teased a little because he was so thin. His nickname was "Bones". To put on more weight he drank lots of avacado milkshakes. It worked! No one could call him Bones again. Avacados are very high in calories. But a few years later he was trying to lose weight...

1) Enhance your bone structure
Do you ever notice women tend to get fat easily after giving birth? This is because their bone structure is bigger. Do weights . Body builders do not run because they lost the muscle mass when they do so. Take amino acid.

2) Eat 6 meals per day.
Increase your input so that you can build more muscle

In your case I fell it is genetically decided one. I give example of my family where my elder Son is 23 years and height is 5feet 10 inch, his weight is only 48 kgs, because my father has a lean frame, but very healthy. My younger Son is now aged 20, height 5 feet 11 inches (equal to my height) and weight is 65 Kgs. Please note gaining weight is very easy but loosing is very painful. You should fell happy.

combined calorie and fat in your diet i would recammend pizza hut large stuff crust meat feast pizza with extra everything, that would give you over 3500 cals and you need 3500 cals to gain one pound.
so save up about 2 week worth of pizza money and you will gain 15 pounds if you dont, you need to go to the doc.

good luck
