You definitely can lose weight on this program, but it's very hard to stick to not eating carbohydrates. Often people gain back the weight quickly when they start eating normally. A lot of the weight loss is from water. It's far better to eat a balanced diet from all food groups, but with smaller portions. That way you will lose real weight And not feel deprived.

there really is no magic pill or diet that will melt weight. True and lasting weight loss comes from reducing calories and exercise.

I think the most common sense diet program is weight watchers. They deal with real food and everyday situations. You can go to a meeting in person or online.

Too fatty, to much salt in general, by the choice made by user. I eat a huge steak, but no potatoes, or 6 strips of bacon with my eggs in the morning, but no cabs
or the other way around
much too much sugar all of which turn into acid in your system
white pasta and soy milk porridge...
people jump on what they love to eat, but only the variety of good healthy products provides enough nutritional benefits to your body in order to keep your weight and be strong.
