Not sure your question will get as many answers as you would like as you've brought your three dogs in through the cat entrance, but take them to the vet all at once. I took 4 cats and 3 dogs all at once to my vet and it worked out well, as I called in advance to let them know a "portable zoo" would be arriving at the appointed hour. The dogs and two of the cats belonged to a friend who was older and less mobile than I was. Two dogs were small enough to go into a medium dog carrier and it was also two cats per large cat carrier. The well-trained Rotweiller was on his leash.

Take them all at once, cheaper and a lot less messing about. Just make sure the vets know you are doing that so they can book you a longer appointment.
I once took 6 dogs (puppies) at the same time and regularly take multiple cats.

Its best to take them all at once. I used to have 3 dogs too...and taking them to the vet separately just costs more money. For instance, the vet will charge an flat office visit charge... no matter what services are performed. So, you take your dogs to the vet separately, thats 3 different office visit charges.
Taking all three at once - one office visit charge + whatever meds or services they need.

If you can manage all three at once or have someone go with you to help, why not save the time and money for more than one visit? Go for it.
