You're talking about the loss of about 1/3 of your body weight in 2 months. That is anorexia/bulimia territory and can result in best case scenario: a lifetime eating disorder or worst case scenario: death.
At 14 years of age you should try to maintain your body weight and realize that you will be gaining in height over the next few years. Eat broccoli and potatoes, but watch what you put on them in the way of fats.
Drink water, avoid soda. Eat fruit in place of candy or refined sugar.
Try this. Eat some grapes, an orange, or any fruit (besides a lemon!). Now eat a piece of candy. Then try the fruit again.
The fruit will probably taste sour and unappetizing. That's because when we eat refined sugar it replaces our desire for the natural and healthful sugar found in fruit.
If you're out of shape, walk. That is the best exercise for a healthy but overweight person. Swimming is also a good choice, giving you exercise without putting strain on joints and muscles.
If you cut out junk food and replace it (gradually) with healthy choices you may find that you will enjoy vegetables, especially salads with a variety of veggies and a lowfat dressing.
Truly though, if I were your mom, I would NOT let you try to lose weight as you suggest! Just ask my kids!
Good luck. By the way, depending on your height by the time you are 17 or 18 65 kilos may be close to an acceptable weight for you.

5 days of cardio broken down like this: 3 days intense workout like jogging or biking for about 30 minutes, 2 days inbetween with lighter cardio like walking (walk fast enough so that it would be difficult to carry on a conversation). You should probably do some toning/ light weight lifting a few days a week, too. The internet has some good routines. Also, eat fish, chicken, veggies (even if you don't like most). Pototoes aren't the best if you want to lose weight. Drink WATER- no soda or even juice. Not even diet soda- it will make you retain water weight.

The best way I have found to shed the pounds is to cut down the carbs. Don't remove them completely otherwise you will lack energy and drive.
If you want to lose the weight don't eat carbs after lunchtime and don't have dinner after 7pm.
Some ladies bloat when they eat bread, pasta and other wheat products so be aware of that too.
Eat a healthy diet and along with a regular 3 day a week exercises routine you will be the size you want in no time.

I think diet is more important than exercise.. 30 minutes a day of cardio will help you lose weight but if you don't eat the 0 calorie/fat stuff like veggies it won't work that fast. Try eating less (trust me its hard) a bowl of cereal for breakfast with non fat milk, snack on a piece of fruit, keep something in your stomach every 2-3 hours and that its going to have to include veggies. I don't like salads so I take a bunch of veggies and put them in a pot cook them and put non fat dressing over them at least they are eatable! Good luck I have been exercising for 6 months and only lost 7lbs so far.. I know its all about my eating habits now!

You really need to reduce 20 kgs. But until you stop eating potatoes and steamed broccoli, you can not reduce your weight , even if you go a gym or do cycling. Please do not try to reduce 20 kgs in 2 months, it should be a slow process for at least 6 months. Exercises you have mentioned all are good. Good luck.

be careful-dont lose too mcuh in that time. You sund determined, so i htink you can do it.
Do exercises such as sit ups, lunges, squats etc for toning, running and walking are best, and swimming.
Eat less cheese, meat, milk, sweet things.
I dont know how much you eat at the moment, but i know you can do it!!!
Eat in staggered amount so your body has time to burn it up.
Hope that helps!Good luck
