has the meanist adherents? I don't think one overall has the meanest, almost all have some measure of good adherents and bad adherents.

Misunderstood: Christianity-- so many interpretations, the most misused in comparsion to it's "mission-statement," or maybe Muslim, because everyone loves to lump them all together.
Peaceful: Buddhists, hands down. They burned themselves alive in protest of Vietnam, rather than take up arms.
Dangerous: All when they are taken fundamentally.
Earth/Life Friendly: Buddhists again, although Hindu's are close as well. Buddhists believe that to be in harmony with all nature is the ideal of perfection.
Nicest Adherents/Meanist Adherents: I think any religion that promotes equality among all peoples is going in the right direction, although I think religions with one omni-potent God, who doesn't need anyone or anything doesn't set a good example for community/world peace or cooperation.

they probably are all misunderstood from the outside
Jainism is the most peaceful
the danger of religions depends very much on the danger of its adepts
Jainism and Buddhism are probably the more earth/life friendly, but also Christianity in some of its aspects (e.g. Francis of Assisi)
all of them, I am sure that every religion has nice adherents

Any religion could be the most dangerous when an insane person mis-applies the teachings, but only Christianity can be the most peaceful if you really receive the Holy Spirit, which most "Christians" know nothing about. Some one-day-a-week Christians can be very mean.
