epilation - can be painful but the hair will eventually prettty much stop growing.
Wax - painful at first but you get used to it. Very smooth legs.
Bleaching - works well but the hair is still there.
Dilapatory cream. - the cream dissolves the cream. Messy though

Shaving is not exactly hard work, maybe a blowtorch would help?

Seriously, stop being such a poof and get the lot waxed, and I mean "the lot". Afterwards, casually mention it to any male friends you meet and notice how much attention you get.

Have them waxed. Or try Sally Hansen's spray on stockings. They really work. :))
