None I know of called the Red LOIN. I've never heard of anywhere called BRITTIAN either, but if I dispense with the sarcastic spelling comments for the moment and assume that you mean pubs called the Red LION in BRITAIN, then maybe you should have a look here:

Too many m8 they are all over the damn place. it's like breweries can't ahve an original idea. The other side of the problem is the fact that they all assume that poeple are stupid and think that every pub called the red lion or whatever will be like the one's they know at home.

Don't know where brittian is but I'm sure there can't be many pubs named that anywhere.
There's a bar called "The Bearded Clam" in Goodman Missouri though.

I think it's true to say that although I'm well travelled in the UK I've never yet seen a pub by this name - and you won't find many in BRITTIAN either ! ! !
