Depends your definition of quick. You buy something new, but aftermarket mods will make it ever quicker. Or you can buy something that has the mods all ready done. That kind of money can go a looooooooooooong way if your just looking for speed. There is twin turbo 300zx (90-96), Skyline GTR, Supra. I can go on for days. Its basically finding which one suits your taste. I have a 94 300zx TT that I paid 15k for and I'm getting 506hp with 496 to the wheels. ALL of the engine mods are allready done as far as I'm concerned (don't really need anymore speed). I just need to get body kit painted, and this baby is done. With paint and body kit installed, I'm looking at another 2k (my brother owns a body shop). So in short for under 20k, I'm pushing a beast.
