Or "True Stories in the News" is an illustrated beginning text for people learning English as a second language; followed by "More True Stories: A High-Beginning Reader"; followed by "Even More True Stories: An Intermediate Reader" - all published by Longman and available at your library or from Amazon.

Or think about your own life. No matter how dull and ordinary you think it must have been, I'm sure that if you think hard enough, you will remember some event that's worth telling your class about.
