what is 'real' life and why do you dismiss dreams as being 'real'? they are part of the subconscious unconscious mind... a root system of the collective consciousness.

Perhaps some dreams that felt so real, especially the ones you had about a departed loved one. There's a very good chance that it wasn't a dream at all. It was your spirit making an actual visit to that loved one.
Astral travel occurs when the spirit leaves the body during sleep or very deep meditation and takes excursions on it's own. This has happen to be twice that I was sure of, as I slept, once just a over a week ago, I was aware of floating around the room. Another time I visit some woman who appear to be spirit like, I thought it was a dream, but was it?and now I know who she is, since she comes to me once in awhile, communicates some, she knows me from another life, she's my spirit guide....This is what I ascertain about my experiences.
