They say it's the shortcut to enlightenment.

The KY books go as far as stating that what takes 12 years with other forms of yoga takes just one year with KY!

Have you had any experiences?

Yes !
There is no short cut to enlightenment, but there is instant success, This depends on our preparation in this life as well as previous life's. Every human soul will start from where he reached in the previous life. This is why some will achieve it in this birth.

Experiences of other person can only encourage us to continue our practice. This also can make us feel different when we compare ourselves with others. our feelings should come to a level that the success of others should be ours as all are one .

Hey,
Yoga can be a great friend in every diet. It's all about hormones balance. There are no "bad" hormones. But when hormones get unbalanced, bad things happen in your body. Your body releases cortisol when you're under stress. It's part of the whole “fight or flight” response. Increased cortisol levels could be making you fat. The kind of fat you are most likely to store from elevated cortisol is called visceral fat — the dangerous belly fat that’s linked to diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels.

I'm following this great online program that teaches how to use YOGA to lose weight. You should check it out as well. This is the link of the site: http://yogafitness.toptips.org

I had to study some kundalini when I was doing my yoga teacher training. Did not like it. The breathing exercises caused me to hyperventilate. It also was not as active of a practice as I like, but it's all about personal preference. The serious practitioners have some very stringent rules too. Just too weird for me. To each his own. You may love it.
