well excercise,i do a lot of walking,never stop.
but i eat to much rubbish.wish was more organised,i try and stick to a diet,maybe too strict then blow it,feel awful,vicious circle.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Include uncooked vegetables and fresh fruits in ur meals. No food/drink other than water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times and u will notice that u get intuition to stop eating as soon as u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable period. Do not panic to loose it fast.

I eat lots of junk food, but I always play tennis for an hour or two, jog, stretch, and weight lift...
