Chicks don't care man, you should stop looking so close at yourself. Either way I don't think they are that judgmental. It has been said you are your own worse critic.

Yes they do!
My husband doesn't even require a tourniquet when he gives blood, because his already are quite visible and an easy stick.
So yes, some girls will like that.
And female doctors, nurses, phlebotomists, and whomever may need access to your veins will consider you a person who makes their job easier.
