My right leg and right side of my back are really weak due to the way I walk and an accident. Does anyone have any strengthening tips?

Without seeing you and being able to evaluate your injuries it's very hard for me to tell you strengthening exercises. I can suggest you put your knee to your chest and hold it for 30 seconds, alternate with the other leg.

You should ask your medical doctor what exercises he recommends and possibly if he would put you in physical therapy. There you would get the correct strengthening exercises for your condition.

If you have any further questions let me know,

you really need to see a doctor who can evaluate your injury. This could be any number of things, even possibly a spinal injury. Strengthing is important, but first the problem needs to be identified and fixed. If, for example, something is out of place, you can get as strong as you want, but it will not solve your problem. Physical therapy and monitoring of your condition is important.

Your hip is more than likely out of place. One way to test this is to measure the length of your leg. http://curezone.com/blogs/m.asp?f=352&i=77

Go to a podiatrist and get proper fitting shoes.

I would then look at the Dorn Method of re-aligning the hip:
