Get her a shirt that has any of those artists on it. I've seen at Hot Topic a lot of Red Jumpsuit Apparatus ones... They are my favorite group too.
Or buy her tickets to any of their shows.
She will see that you care for her interests and will do your best to make it a great birthday.

A Spencer's giftcard? Does she already have the cds? mp3 player or iPod. Download the music online and put it on there for her. You can also rip the music from the cds. I was told I'm hard to shop for too *shrug* Does she like romance? Movie and food....
maybe listen to some music outside in a picnic kinda scene while listening to her fav music.
