Sometimes I will feel randomly cold or numb, especially my belly, arms, and legs. numb even when i feel with my hands. then ill use something thats not part of my body to touch a spot with, and i can feel it. i will feel colder then it is in the atmosphere around me. I also have pains and coldness on my left side i dont usually experience on my right side. Ive gone through all the horrible anxiety problems before, and its not as bad as last time, but some of the things I experience, such as headaches, nausea, irritability
tiredness, lack of energy, are also symptoms of diebetes. I also hear anxiety is a symptom of diabetes. I am not in shape, not at all, but Ive had a checkup before, and was negative, and it doesnt run on my moms side of the family, and only an aunt has had it on my dads side (diabetes, that is) so I was wondering if this is all just anxiety and i should suck it up? or actually worry for my well being

Sounds like a circulatory problem rather than anxiety. I've suffered from anxiety/social phobia before and never heard or had that.

Get to the doctor so they can diagnose you for sure. Don't suck it up! Tell the doc exactly what you posted here.

It could be early signs of MS or Parkinson's. There's a lot of numbness, nausea, tiredness with that. You should get an MRI to rule those types of things out.

You might have problems with circulation, try doing some cardio exercises when you feel that way or perhaps getting a massage, that might help your warm blood flow better from your core to your extremities.

Start taking care of yourself. Improve your diet, exercise, get enough rest, etc. then see if your symptoms improve. Get checked regularly for diabetes.
