How much are you eating a day?
Only exercise won't change anything, you have to change your lifestyle.
1. What you eat, eat less and eat healthily
2. How often you do physical exercise - walking, jogging, an active sport, once or twice a week minimum
3. Then your abdominal exercise is thrown in with those two and you will see a difference

What is happening is, just like any other muscle, you are building your abdominal muscles and "pushing" the extra fat out. You can do a million abdominal workouts a day, but if you have fat, all you are going to do is push it out and build the muscle behind it, but just like all other muscles, you need to give your abs a rest. Try changing your diet a little bit and doing more cardio exercises. You need to be careful though because of how much you weigh. I would suggest gaining some more weight, hopefully muscle weight and fill in a bit more. Good luck By the way, don't listen to whoever said don't eat more than 3 meals a day. I am a bodybuilder, nutritionist and am currently in the Marine corps. Depending on your body, it is usually healthiest to eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day to boost up your metabolism. When you feel hunger, it is your body wanting a certain vitamin or mineral that it is lacking. That's why eating till your full does no good. People who experience fullness then are hungry 10 minutes later only filled their stomachs, they didn't satisfy their bodies need for certain nutrients. Take it easy, and if you have anymore questions, add it to your question and I will email you or give you me email.

The abdominal exercises have probably already built up the muscle underneath, for definition lose some fat with some cardio exercises like running. I'm only a few inches taller and weigh quite a bit more, I suggest you put on some pounds first. Protein shakes with exercise puts on some nice muscle weight pretty quickly. My friend who used creotine and got some really nice ab and arm definition, he started to get mood swings after a while though.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Include uncooked vegetables and fresh fruits in ur meals. No food/drink other than water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times and u will notice that u get intuition to stop eating as soon as u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable period. Do not panic to loose it fast.
