No, it does not have to do with premarrital sex. It has to do with homosexual sex. Period. There are MANY verses that say this.
Men are not to be "romantic" with men, nor women with women. It is an abomination. Many people are born with certain tendancies towards one sin or another. That does not make it less of a sin, however. Drunkeness is a sin, even if you come from a long line of alcoholics. If you are born with a natural attraction towards the same sex, that is not a sin. However, acting upon those feelings is.

I do not believe that homosexuality is wrong. There have been questions raised about many of the translations of scriptures, and one that is not given much mainstream attention is the possible discrepancy over a Hebrew word usually translated to mean homosexuality in most Bibles. Some scholars say that the original Hebrew word (I am not sure what it is, I do not speak Hewbrew) was not meant as homosexuality but means sexual aggression such as rape. I am not well versed on this debate, but it is something you may want to look into (I am going to over summer break).
As for things being legal and making them sins or not, the two are not really the same. There are things all over the world that are perfectly legal and are sins (like taking the Lord's name in vain).
Your relationship is between you and God, but you and God and everybody else. Pray, worship, develop your relationship with Him and that is all that matters.
That's the best advice I can offer on that one. Lord knows if I had the definitive answer, I could sell it and retire! Good Luck.

It is hard to view the Bible as much other than some very good stories, many with important morals, but nothing more.
There are passages in the Bible that detail the killing of entire cities and nations because of rather trivial affronts. Further, the Bible endorses the keeping of slaves and death penalty for things like adultery, working on the Sabbath etc....
For members of the religious right to grab hold of one, rather obscure, passage about man lying with man like woman, and place so much emphasis on it is a great example of scapegoating and justification for outright discrimination.
Very similar to the way it was interpreted that "you shall not suffer a Witch to live" led to the burining at the stake of hundreds of thousands of innocent women from the 1100's-1700's. That was not right either.
I don't avoid the Bible, some of the teachings, especially those of Jesus, are very valuable. The old testament, in general, is pretty suspect.

it is not just an issue of pre-marital sex. it comes against the continuity and course of nature.
God made both male and female of all the beast and also with man. It disrupts or breaks the law of nature. Christ fulfilled the law spiritually and naturally also.just as paul says it is a shame for a man to have long hair cause "nature" itself teaches this.
How do you say? because man and woman had specific differences and hair is one of them. Long hair was given to women by God as stated by paul and man should not try to look like a woman. it is against nature and God

Yes, it says that somewhere that it's an abomination, but it doesn't matter. If there were no Bible, or if it had gotten lost, anyone with an ounce of sense knows that it's perverted.

The Bible did not specify on homosexual pre-marital sex, but it said something along the lines of and man shall not lie with man,
so supposedly, homosexuality overall is a sin, but if you truly trust in Jesus (even though I am Jewish personally) than (to your religion) you shall be saved.

I think that it is pretty clear from Romans 1 that it is sinful, not that any of us have a claim to sinlessness.
I trust God through Jesus Christ for what he promised me. My ability to perform sinlessly isn't something that I strive for. I just trust God, and He brings me to other ways. It's really that simple.
As far as homosexual marriage, I really don't care.

Leviticus 20:13...If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have commited an abomination : they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them,
Deuteronomy 23:17....There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel.
Is that enough proof for you?

Leviticus 18:22: (homosexuality is described as an "abomination" and "defiling." It is reprehensible and unclean)
Leviticus 20:13: (it is again described as an "abomination" but here as one worthy of the death penalty!)
