it name is fasting, and it is possible with will power. All others methods never worked. . Create deficit calorie balance, all the time, as long as u like to reduce, and u, acheive the traget. How u, do is ur funeral. But plan it and do it. and it works without fail. t

They hardly work besides being dangerous.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Include uncooked vegetables and fresh fruits in ur meals. No food/drink other than water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times and u will notice that u get intuition to stop eating as soon as u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable period. Do not panic to loose it fast.

Efedra, and they took it off the market because it killed people. Just try and stay healthy. Nothing works except prescription medications that are only given to extremely overweight or obese individuals.

just eat small frequent meals and exercise daily or evey 2 days for 30 minutes at a time
pills wreck your liver if taken even short term!!!!

i would say xenadrine diet pills it took only 2weeks to see any diffidencein weight lose. but a big diffidencein in 6months.
