It would help if you had included the city and state you were looking for, but...

enter or scanner and then hit search

Join the group(s) that come up and ask for info on your area.

You can also dig thru the FCC licenses at:

http://svartifoss2.fcc.gov/reports7/

It takes a little use to understand this system, but it will give you alot of the info you need.
