of course just like you can tell if a guy is a good guy. Thats sort of a trick question though, cause you gotta think about it. Thats like saying can you tell if a book is a good book just by looking at the cover. of course not. but when you open those pages and read that book, you determine everything you need to know about that book. Men do that to women. if you see a woman walking and she is wearing skimpy clothes and trying to show her body off, she is preceived as a open woman, if you know what i mean. A man who sees a woman and she is very gorgeous is wondering one thing i wonder if she is a good girl, and we will tell that when your words come out. Conversation tells if a man or woman is a good girl or guy or just a big player. That soon weeds out and you actually see the real person

Yes, of course. But like stated before, it does become more difficult to realize if your available or not. I'm not telling you to go on some unique rampage and defy all your human morals but taking a few risks and being a bit more outgoing will aid you in getting guys to notice you.
All in all, if you a good girl then you will probably end up with a nice, respectable guy. Be outgoing and start talking to a few guys and see how they react to your presence. From there on, work you way up.

It should not be your concern if someone else, guy or girl, thinks you are good or not. It's whether YOU think you are good or not. You need to pick a man who believes the same of you that you think of yourself. It's not necessarily your job to try to change peoples opinions.One thing that everybody always has is an opinion. But whose opinion you allow into your life is up to you.

If by good girl you mean a virgin, then no he can't, at least not by looking at you. The image you project on the outside can be very diffrent than what is on the inside. I know a stripper who is a virgin.
