Has this been going on for a length of time? If it was just that he never took you out, I would think that he was secretely married. If it's that he never kissed you, I would think that he is secretly gay. If it's both...I think it's all a little too strange and not worth your time. Move on.

He may be embarrass to be with you. he also may be embarrass to kiss you.that's what I would think if that was me.I you should ask him if he embarrass to be see around with you and kiss you I would not be with a guy like that.I you need to move on find some one else.
