I've gotten to hang out with this girl for sometime now and we've become pretty good friends. She's never dated anyone, she is of legal age, and she's not shy at all. I can't tell if she's just be friendly or if it's her lack of relationship xp. She has a lot of admirers but blows them off.
She cancels plans and asks me to hang out with her. When i visit her workplace and am about to leave, she makes a sad face. She asked for a piggy back ride the other day and i carried her to the otherside of the street. When she came over, i gave her a shoulder massage while she was checking her email.
She said that the reason she likes me is because she can talk and bother me i will probably never fall for her. Then she said she was unsure about that and that her charm might rub off on me.
Everyone thinks we're a couple because we hang out a lot and when asked if we are, she always says i'm too good for her.

She has on the other hand invited me to dinner and a movie. She has also rated me a 9 from a scale of 1-10 in hotness. In addition when i jokingly mentioned i would stretch my arms in theatres to make a move, she insisted she wanted to see it. When we went with a group of people on a seperate occasion, she insisted i sit next to her and that if i continued sitting in front of her i would block her view. We walk close together a lot and play weird games. She even took my phone, decorated, and put pix of herself making weird faces and kissing the screen. She played the piano while i was napping and then jumped on me after.
Her statement about never falling for her has thrown me off... what do you think?

Continue flirting with her. Even if she isn't in to you a girl likes the fact that she is getting attention and is wanted. She may think she has you on a string and can make you do whatever she wants, but if she gave ou the satisfaction of being in a relationship with her then she couldn't control you and the chase would be over. What I would do if I were you is flip it on her and make her chase you. A girl hates nothing more that when a guy she is flirting with suddenly looses interest in her. Just become busy and then she will start wanting to be with you more and when she asks what is wrong just tell her that you want a serious relationship and since she doesn't want to be with you that you want to appear more available by spending less time with her. Then add unless you have feelings for me that I should know about.... It should work perfectly!

Aww, man! lol. Make a SMALL, small, move on her. Depending on the response, that should tell you. For example.
You get closer and closer in her space, just enough to pop a bubble, but tear all the walls down if you know what i mean. If she tears her own walls down and kisses you back, then go on from there is that really what you/she wants?

She probably thinks that you are gay. You are going to have to dress a little more shabby my friend. Stop going shopping with her. And tell her how you think you should take the relationship to the next level because it will just continue to eat at you and she will tease you to the brink. And you might find yourself doing something you regret like kissing her if her face gets too close. So verbalize it first. Please.

yes go for it heers the sings she pays attenchion to you she complments you she hold hands she makes time for you and she tell you she loves you ,and she sits beside you a lot. you can show the same sings to her as well. good luck dude.
