For me Level 2 love is love when you are out of the "infatuation" stage of just getting to know someone. Level 2 love is when you know them and you love what you see. There is also a Level 3,4,5 etc... Love is not a static thing but something that constantly moves and must be fed. Image the stage of love you will have after 60 years of marriage.
