yea dude. so i just joined this book club rite?
and all they talk about is fruits and vegetables. they dont talk about books!
its driving me crazy!
wat should i do?

Sounds like the book club was studying a cooking book, or you were in a cooking class

I've heard that a lot of book clubs are just an excuse to get together and drink and hang out, and no one actually reads the books. You'll just have to find a new one. There should be plenty out there. Or find a book about fruits and vegetables for everyone to read!

tell them you have a friend that is interested in joining but she likes to talk about the books and see what their reaction is..then based on that either make your concerns known and address them or join another book club..of course you could bring a bowl of fruits and vegetable and stare at it and when they ask you what you are doing...tell them you thought that was the book you all have been reading and discussing!!!
