Well this is a personal question and you should not tell him anything you are not comfortable sharing. I think the real question here is how serious are you about this guy. If you guys are serious enough then personal is what you are.
Take a minute to figure out how much you like this guy and how much you think he likes you and where you think this relationship is going and i think you will come up with your answer on your own.

It is personal, But I want my man to know everything about me and im sure he wants to know too, I tell them when i feel Its time to have that kind of conversation and Im always comfortable with it, Its just a natural thing, just some people have more partners than others

yes you need to tell it.without revealing some secrets your connectin with others especially with boys would be other than what you see other girls are improving with each other so don't be afraid to tell it to him or her beacause it's just a simple problem exept if it's really needed to be kept as a personal secret specialy if you had been having children because of non-permisioned sex so fell free to tell it

if you are about to sleep with sombody, you should already know everything about each other, and if you are going to have a good relationship, you better be comfortable talking to each other about anything and everything. i would tell my bf personally, but im really bold.

Um I wouldn't really feel too uncomftroble, BUT I would ask why is it so important for him to know. Well then again, my boyfriend has never asked me that.
