Another question I have concerning Millennium Management located in Beachwood, Ohio. I was hired as a apartment maintenance worker for one of their managed apartment buildings located in in Ohio. When I was on-call they only paid me once a month for overtime pay. Is this legal under Ohio labor laws? I feel I should been paid every pay period for overtime pay with my normal payroll check. Not once a month so they could fudge my overtime and hope I would forget about the hours I worked in overtime that month.

Yes, this is legal. But you should also be keeping track of your own overtime hours. These calculations may be done manually by the payroll dept. which leaves more room for error. If you keep track of your OT hours you will be able to see if there is an error on your paycheck and you will feel better knowing that they are not trying to cheat you.

As long as you're paid the overtime pay, and paid it at least once per month, it's all quite legal.

What you described is legal, as is not counting an apartment as part of your income for the IRS.

You got paid for what you worked.
