well my sis lost 30 pounds in 2 months changin eating habits and walking. she cut back. also started eatin three meals a day. bought only low fat/calorie food versions of what she already ate. didn't go back for seconds. bought fresh veggies instead of canned or frozen still losing weight now. eff all those diet pills that screw with you. just change your habits and exercise a little. you'll be fine. or if you're really desperate call a recruiting officer and they'll give you this really icky diet plan and workout videos that's how she lost weight before goin into the navy and she lost a lot fast then too. good luck. but i'm sure you'll be beautiful regardless!!!

Try powerwalking, i.e. at a brisk pace whenever possible, and just go to the school and do laps, or stadiums (you walk up and down each stair in the school stadium... Do two a day at least, and you will burn the weight off, drink lots of water, dehydration is painful...and just eat right, low calorie and carb... yada yada yada... just make sure you're doing it for yourself, and not for anyone else... that is the most important thing..

Honestly I've pretty much done all the quick fix diets and none of them work, I know its probably not what you want to hear but, all you really need to do is hit the gym and improve your diet that's all there is to it .

well i can tell you right now that 30 days isnt enough time to lose a good amount of weight. i say just excersize every day and eat healthy and lose wat you can.
