a switch is connected to a light bulb. and we had 3 switches for 3 light bulbs. the switches are located at the ground floor; and the bulbs are way up in the 5th floor. you have only one chance to go up to see which light bulbs belong to the switches. use your common sense

Turn one switch on for a long time, then switch it off. Then turn the second switch on. Run up to check the lights. The light that is on corresponds to the second switch. Next feel the temperature of the two lights that are off. The bulb that is still warm belongs with the first switch and the bulb that is cool corresponds to the switch that you didn't flip.

turn the switches on and go up and see what lights are on you didnt say find out which switch was for which bulb

go up there and switch on two of them.after 10 mins, switch off one of them and go to the basement. the one that is still lighted belongs to the first one, the one that is hot when you touch it belongs to the second one, and the last one belongs to the one you did not switch on at all..

you turn two of them on, leave them on for a minute. Then turn one of them off. go upstairs. The one still on should be lit, then feel the other two. The hottest one is the one you had turned on, the one cold is the one you never touched. peice of cake.... next!
