Nobody really likes going to the Dr. ,but sometimes it is necessary, like when you cannot really get a good look at the site. What you have may be a staff infection. If it is , it will have a dark 'core' in the center. This core must be removed before it will heal properly. You can remove it yourself, but it goes rather deep. If it is staff, it could lead to serious future problem if not completely removed. My son had one on his side. He got it all out, but it left a big hole which is still visible after many years. To preserve your cute little behind, best see a professional.

it is called a boil, You can go to any pharmacy and get a cream called boil ease. They are common and they are pain full, Another thing you can do is put a hot compress on it, or sit in a hot bath. DO NOT POP IT, if you want you can lo to the doctor and get it lanced and there is an antibiotic you can get since it seems to keep re-occurring

while it may be a boil, it sounds as though you have a bit of staph going on too. you need to see a doctor asap!

sometimes the doctor will lance it open, pack it with gauze and of course he will do a culture and prescribe antibiotics.

good luck
