I have downloaded the appropriate update to make my computer change to Daylight Savings Time, but it didn't change the time automatically (yes, I restarted the comp). So I called Microsoft help line and was on the phone with them for about an hour and they were no help. Finally we just manually changed the time after we confirmed that the update was in the comp. However, now the time has gone back to pre-DST - has anybody else had this problem? Have a solution?? It's annoying me. Especially since the help desk was SO UNHELPFUL!!!

Make sure your time and date settings are for the correct time zone and that you have checked the box that says automatically adjust for daylight savings time.
