Your body will likely catch up with your feet, bro. Besides, guys should have big feet. Like another dude said, 12s are better than a 9 1/2. However, since you are so young, while you will likely get bigger otherwise, your feet will also likely grow some more. As for me, I wore size 10s when I was your age, and 14s when I was 18.
