When you are under stress your brain releases certain hormones that can alter how you think, feel and do things. Each organ in your body including your muscles also change in their ability to function.

Stress is therefore an essential element in life you must learn to deal and cope with better. The old saying 'prevention is easier than cure' is true. Exercise is a preventative measure for stress and also a curative measure.

When you exercise, become fitter then you also release other hormones and chemicals throughout the body. These chemicals are the anti-stress chemicals. They help to balance and neutralize the chemicals produced when stresses occur. Basically exercise is good for you.

exercise, will improve your heart and circulation, better digestion, increases immunity, but best of all a better stress coping ability.

.

To work out which exercises are best, you first need to look at what type of stress affects you most. Then work out an exercise that deals with that stress best. Also exercise needs to be enjoyable.

It is not what you do but how you do it, this is the key to reduce stress with exercise.

yes, and exercise should also make you happier, and feel good about yourself. when you exercise, you get your heart pumping, which cause endorfins in your brain to explode, and cause u to be in a good mood. there are 2 good ways to use exercise as a stress-reliever.

1) when u are sad or upset about something, go to a state park or the beach and hike or walk. this can get your mind off your troubles, and make you feel very happy. plus, u'll be proud that u are doing something healthy for yourself.

2) when u are angry, use a punching bag or run laps, and picture yourself punching out the anger.
