You know, the solution. The bottle says twice a day. Is that the maximum times or the recommended times. Can I use it, say, 2 to 3 times a day?

No matter what you do, do NOT under any circumstances take it more than twice a day. I had a friend make that mistake, he lost hearing in both ears, went blind in one eye, his tongue swelled up to the size of a small child and he now spend his days in a partially vegitated state repeating the word listerine over and over agaiin whilst rocking backwards and forwards in a never ending cycle of chimp love.

i never use listerine more than twice a day. the reason being, is its ingredients are harsh, and could cause the enamel of your teeth to thin, thus far, make your teeth sensitive.
