No, it's not really feasable. Here's the thing, most of the addiction to cigarettes is mental. Nicotine will be completely out of your system in a very short time (a matter of days), yet you always hear smokers that have quit for a month, but go back to it. The physical addiction just is not very present.

The occurance you're describing is fairly simple. You feel a little funny for some reason or another, and you have in your mind somewhere that a cigarette will abolish this. A placebo effect. Tie that with a very small amount of nicotine which increases seritonin, and you've got yourself feeling better.

it does sound crazy..but it is possible...nicotine can be absorbed into your body through various methods...inhaled, absorbed through the skin ( think about it the nicotine patch), through your mouth, and many other ways..the only way to cure it would be o stay away from the nicotine(smoke)..if this isn't possible try talking to your parents about your concerns and maybe they can limit their smoking to certain areas of the house or even better outside the house...if it worsens, you really don't need to start smoking..if worst came to worst..you could live with another family member or chew the nicotine gum to sothe the cravings, however take into mind that this can and will cause your addiction to worsen if you are not actively consuming high doses of nicotine..Hope this gelps! God Bless!
