Where is the "magnetic lasso" in Adobe Photoshop CS2?

It's says it "hidden in the toolbar behind the lasso toolbox" and I have no clue. God dang, what's the point in hiding the damn thing!?

Well, how do I find it via menu bar? (file, edit, view, etc)

If you can see the lasso then just click and hold it and you'll get a menu. I know it's pretty stupid..
