ive been to a nutritionalist and she just blew me off. i want serious answers.

i am 30lbs overweight and i want to loose it real soon. no pills! i dont like those. i need a good plan. please help me.

Look at the GI Diet by Rick Gallop (book available at Amazon, new or used for a very small amount of money!). I have been on it for the last 8 months and have lost 85lbs. Its a good diet, easy to follow and very flexible. I find the biggest challenge with losing weight is not the physical elements but the mental elements. I have recently come through a month of gain and loss equalling an overall loss of nothing...but it was purely a mental thing. I am through it now and back to losing.
So set your mind on it, have clear goals (make them attainable!) set a date to start and go for it. remind yourself every day why you are doing it and keep strong. If you are mentally strong you can resist the temptations which occur every day.
Exercise every day and walk as often as you can, its helps a great deal.

Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.

You already made a good choice by saying no pills! Good for you!☺
Now, start by eating healthy! No more fast foods, junk foods, sweets, candies or sodas!!
Never skip meals!
Drink water! Lots of water! It really is important for weight loss.
Get active! Go to the gym, go walking, ride a bike, swim, run--anything! Just get moving!!

It helps to keep a journal of what you eat, when you eat and how many calories you take in. Some people don't realize how much they really are taking in until they write it down and review it at the end of the day!
