It takes time to get to know someone else and develop love for them. A commitment comes as a natural course of a relationship....if you don't know if you want to , then it is not time yet. It must be a choise made mutually by both parties. Hopefully guys let girls know with the words they use to say it. And in actions that mirror the thought and words. As I say, it should not be a surprize, it should be an understanding that has developed with time.If this is not a person's goal through choosing to see someone on a regular basis, then that should be made clear very early in the 'game'. With time and emotions invested it is what people expect to happen....unless it was an agreement made otherwise in the beginning.

You dont want to scare her. Tell her how much you care about her but not all the way dnt just come out and say I LOVE YOU because that will scare her but start acting more serious around her and sit and talk to her that you want it to be a serious not casual relationship.

casual to committment takes lot of time and understanding. Dont jump the gun. Guys may tell directly or may not but it will def show in their behaviour and attitude if they are serious.
