Sounds to me you should be leaving earlier for work.

You could start by leaving to work earlier, driving the speed limit, and at all costs don't weave in and out of traffic. if you are doing all this and they are driving below the speed limit try flashing your lights when behind them, but remember following distance is one car length for every 10 miles an hour you are traveling.
These simple rules work well for 99% of the drivers. If you do all of these things and there are still people driving slower then the limit try an alternate route. If you cant follow these rules try taking a bus before you hurt someone or get hurt yourself.

You have speed LIMIT signs. You do not go fastly more than that. You are also to drive according to conditions(that includes traffic congestion)-rush hour.
The highway is not a race track. That is why there is a posted Maximum. Max mean not over. Or are you not powerful enough to have control over your gas foot?

There is probably NOTHING you can do about those drivers, but there IS something you can do about needing to get to work "fastly". Do what I do wake up 15 minutes sooner and stop trying to blame others because you are always late.

There is nothing you can do to other people. Accept this. Road is for everybody, and not everybody share your views on driving. Learn to live with this :)

I would say the "Real Problem" is you!
Leave early enough to drive the speed limit. Also allow time for the unexpected.

Call the police. It is illegal to travel in the left lane of the expressway unless passing. After completing the pass, you must pull back into the right lane. If the cops get enough complaints, they'll start doing something about it.
