Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Wear a slimming belt around your stomach during the day and while exercising. And do some ab workouts. And drink some Epson salt to get all the water out of your body. Epson salt act as a laxitive but with no pain. It basicallt draws all the water from your body to your stomach and then flush it out of your system. And shrinks your stomach too. But you don't have to if you don't want to.

Focus on only working out your tummy. Sit ups. Good Ol' Fashion Crunches.
And Just Dont Work Out The Bootay!

I swear by this - get the exercise ball and do the crunches that way. Still do aerobic exercise, at least 20-40 minutes every other day, but that ball will TOTALLY make your stomach awesome and keep your *** intact :)

sit-ups... you'll use your stomac but not your butt... or you could try other work outs that might increase mussle in your butt... your hight and weight seem fine... but if you wish to be fitter just do some running... and sit upps... do sets of like 20 maybe 5 times...every day or 2 times a day...

what you're asking for is not possible, get surgery or soemthing, ,other wise, you can workout and get some muscle in your booty and abs, that might look nice actually....

when i diet i always lose it off my stomach before thighs and bum..i think its the same with most people..

Well you will lose weight in your butt, but if you continue to do butt clenches constantly, maybe you can build those muscles up to make it bigger.
