You can try BedBathandBeyond.Com or LinensNThings.com. Also, check out Overstock.com. Ebay never hurts to look at either. JcPenny.com, Kohls.com, Sears.com, Macy's, Pottery Barn.

I think you get the idea - the list is endless.

go to wal-mart. get some unique material for $1-$2 yard for a custom look. or just find some sheets & run the rod thru the top part.
