I am a bit sick right now, having cold symptons, shall i go to gym and work out now? and can i take suana?

It depends on your symptoms. If you just have a runny nose and cough then lite exercise is ok. But if you have a sore throat, fever, etc. then stay home.

I found this on the web from a personal trainer. Says it better than I could.

Exercising is good for your immune system. If you're not contageous I'd say go to the gym but try just working out at home instead, just to be safe. I don't know, but sauna might not be a good idea.. air is too dry?

If it is serious you go to bed and take some mdicine.If its just a stuffy nose then go somewhere with steam like a sauna

your body needs to heal first.. Exercise will cause stress and prolong your cold.
