I love eating myself. Try moving around a lot. For instance, don't just sit on a chair while eating, move around. Also, try eating lemon after each meal. The sour taste of lemon is said to have effect on reducing our crave for food. Or, you could brushyour teeth right afterwards. It's the taste of food that is left in your mouth that makes you want to eat more and more. So as long as you get rid of the taste from your mouth, it'll be okay. Eat lots of veggies as well. Even if you eat a lot, it'll be mostly veggies so you won't have to worry about getting fat.
And I heard you could use feet massage to help. search online...good luck^^

im sorry.
first step dont go to a theripist they are idiots(no-offesse spending lots of money just for them to say that is rediculose)
first, try and eat slowly. i have had this problem and i do this offeten because i am bored.
second if you feel you cant stop go to the park call a friend over go to the mall (with no money so you dont but food)
third, you could have a problem where your brain keeps telling your stomach to eat and when it the brain sends the horme to your stomach telling it to stop it doesnt get there or it misinterpreted.
get exercise go for a jogg. babysitt.
hopefully this stops im overweight from it. and you dont want to be overweight...its horrible.
good luck!!!

Overeating can be due to depression. Even if you are not clinically depressed, eating disorders are mental disorders. If you don't like therapy, at least see your MD-general practitioner. You could be eating this much for a wide variety of medical reasons.

It depends what you eat. If it helps, see what what is in your food and it will probably make you sick and not want to eat it anymore. If you are eating McDonalds (Fastfood) read the truth about what crap they process the food and have in it and it will make you not want to eat it. Read also MSG and what eating a high-sodium and high-fat diet and slowly do to you. Check out PETA if you want to see what they do to the animals you eat.
