I'm with you, dude. Here's me:
Shorts and sandals, loud hawaiian shirt barely covering my grilled-meat gut. Beer in one hand, tongs in the other. I save the second and third (and higher) beers for the meal: good judgment at the grill is important, and there's plenty of time afterward for me to catch up to the other guys.
No gas, and coals so hot I have to take off the lid with the tongs;
Lots of different meats on the grill at once: a thick ribeye or tri-tip, chicken breasts, pork ribs, and maybe some smoked sausage.
Bone, skin and/or fat on the meat, in the right proportion, are mandatory: if you have to ask why, then step away from the grill and let the pros show you how it's done.
No marinades. If your meat needs it, it ain't fit to eat.
I don't do BBQ sauce. Not because it's wrong, but because I can't run with the big dogs in the South. A grillin' man's got to know his limitations.
The meat on my grill gets from me two, and only two, spices: salt and pepper. No exceptions. You want sage or garlic? Get your own damn grill.
Any tool can say his corn chips, his two cases of Bud and his seven pals constitute a "party". But treat 'em right -- feed your pals with some high-grade bounty cooked up by a griller who's worth his weight in coals, throw in some baked potatoes for good measure -- and they'll bring the beer without you even asking. And they'll bring it from that good microbrewery in town, not that crap they brew in St. Louis.
Anyway, that's me. That's my element. I'm with you, dude.

A lean piece of trimmed crimson meat is the superb source of iron and protein. The ingredient length would desire to be purely somewhat smaller than the diners palm. i do unlike ingesting steak lots anymore and that i hit upon it complicated to chunk and swallow now. once I do grill steak I marinate it first for an afternoon or so. Grilling meat facilitates the fat to soften and drip away interior the cooking technique, so it fairly is a fit thank you to cook meat while in comparison with frying it.

yeah! I love grilling!! I liked it since I was very little. In the department stores in Asia, they have restaurants where you could grill stuff on the table, just like korean BBQ!! Now we owned our own stove, and we always grill every weekends at the beaches and house yard
