There is this girl that works at the bank I goto. She keeps giving me signs that she is interested in me, and I have a feeling that she is waiting for me to make the moves. We don't really know each other but of course that is what a first date is for. How can I give her my number, without making a scene at the bank? And what would be a first good date?

Give her your business card and ask her if she'd lke to meet for coffee or a drink, or possibly lunch. Since you don't know each other that well, something simple so that you can get to know each other a little better. I've had lots of guys do that.

Just ask her if you can take her out for coffee sometime. If she says yes, grab a piece if paper (maybe a deposit slip) and quickly write your name and phone number. Give her a little time to get over any nerves and call. If she doesn't call, make sure you have her serve you next time you are there - she'll tell you if she lost your number - but don't ask her. She'll let you know. You can always give it to her again if she has. If she hasn't lost it, and she still doesn't call, assume she was just being polite and move on

Coffee makes a good first date - make it in the afternoon, and you can always extend it into dinner if things are going well. It comes across as less threatening than a dinner invitation. A couple of games of pool is also good - it gives you both something to do, while also giving you both a chance to take and get to know each other. Skip anything that involves dancing, loud music, alcohol, or movies - if you can't talk, or can't hear each other, she'll think you aren't interested in her as a person, just as a potential sex object.

I woulden't give her your number. I would ask for her's. Women like for the guy to take the lead. First make sure she is intrested by makeing small talk. Depending on how you feel you may want to start with just taking her out for a drink and then maybe dinner for the actual date if all goes well. Then again you could start by inviteing her to some sort of group event. ex party, church function, whatever fits your personality and allows you to be comfortable.

You probably shouldn't give the number, thus assuming that she does like you. It would be better to just ask her what time she gets off work, or has break, then ask if she can join you for lunch/dinner. Very effective and not too forward, unless she doesn't even know your name.

Just give it to her. It's that simple. As far as a good first date? Just take a stroll through a park and talk. try to get to know each other.

most girls love getting a guys number
so i would suggest catching her at work or on a break or something and strike up a conversation with her and then say
well i have to go but i would love to talk to you more so heres my number
or come up with a really creative and cute idea
what girl can say no to a guy who put such work into asking her out right?

Say something like "I'd love to go out for coffee with you, here is my number, give me a call".

I say to ask her to go out on a date with you. :) and then ask her to call you. Do it on a lunch break or whenever you find time to talk or after work.
