Well sorry to say it honey then that is just a major infatuation not love. If you were in love that would not matter now would it. Love is blind and irrational you know that don't you...

"Falling" in love is not all that it's cut out to be, as the day surely arrives the you will fall back "out" of this initial "euphoria" feeling of finding the person of your dreams, etc. The problem is that you don't really know this person at all and one by one when your expectations aren't there, that falling in love feeling can often rapidly turn on you as you find yourself the unpleasant trail of "falling out of love" and this is a contributing factor to the ever increasing percentage of marriages ending in divorce... over 50%.
Only the very wise ones can understand this before it happens to them. I hope for your sake that you could be one of these wiser people who can learn about life without having to do it all "the hard way". Take your time. Enjoy life. Get to truly know yourself enough to be so happy with you that you will attract the right person and really get to know what makes you right for each other as you become friends first and grow in love and respect for each other.

The only way you two could not be together is for you both to choose so. If he has someone or a family, that could get in the way. But if its culture stuff, then that should be a road you can meet in the middle. If you cant for some reason ask yourself should you even be together. You don't need to live there life dream for them, but you both need to have your dreams combined and live together as one.

You mean like his first wife refuses to allow him to consider a second wife? And he lives in a repressive country where you would become virtually a prisoner? Not to mention that his family would not approve of an intr racial marriage.

We got married in another country for a few years and travelled to meet regularly in other countries, He supported me as wife during this time. But we kind of knew it would not work so we worked it as much as we could for as lone as we could.

The most difficult cultural problem was his wife's Indian refusal to accept the Islamic custom of polygamy. That is what utlimately defeated us.

I have been struggling with this one for 2 yrs now. The man I am in love with I can't be with. At one time we were a couple and I was so happy, but unfortunately he wasn't. I wasn't the "one" for him. And it is still hard for me now, but I find away to deal with it. I don't know why this happens to people, but it does... and I won't know until I get what I need from this experiance... I have faith in things happen for good reasons and the out come hasn't been shown to me yet. Hope this answered your question...you actually helped me because this has been on my mind for the past few days... thanks.

It happens. But we should respectuflly part and be friends later on . If husband or wife do not like then better to become strangers and store the good times in your heart.

I may be living this nightmare I we speak. I guess I'll just take it one day at a time if it happens. When God closes one door, he opens another so maybe that would be OK.

I would just act normal and cover it up like I usually do. If it's not meant to be then it's not meant to be. But, that's how I deal with that stuff.
