There would be no way to Confine it to One Nation. If this ever really happens, there will be World-Wide Retaliation and Destruction, as in WW III. Also, even if only One Bomb was Dropped, the Radioactive Fallout would Drift for quite a Distance. Pollution from China is contaminating the West Coast of the USA.This is Proof Positive that the Bomb must never be used again. Unfortunately, I Think it will.
