Not in a home freezer; it get all syrupy and wonderful.
Freezing vodka depends on how much water is in the vodka. If there is 20% water, I think it's like -40C but you can never get any home freezer down that low only a high tech lab can manage ultra low temps like that.

The out right answer is yes Vodka will freeze everything can freeze at some point. At the temp. of zero K ions don't even move which means that everything and anything can freeze.
For everyone talking about house hold freezer there is nothing in the question that's says anything about using a freezer of any sort. RTFQ

Pure alcohol freezes at minus 78 Celsius. Pub strength vodka is about 40% alcohol and freezes at a higher temperature, but still colder than a home freezer which is around minus 20.

vodka will not freeze in your typical home/shopping environment the answer that talked about zero k is right but come on like when are you ever going to be in a situation that that is likely to happen I think if you went to antartica (south pole) dropped your vodka (get the good stuff dont cheap out belvedere, grey goose or something) off on one side flew to the other side then dogsled your way across the only thing you would probably needto worry about is if you remembered the mixer to go with it

Vodka will not freeze......PERIOD (Unless maybe it is placed on a spaceship and travels to the edge of the Universe ;)
....Seriousley...Vodka, and other Liquors have a high enough alcohol content to resist freezing in a normal home or commercial freezer. The cold of the freezer will slightly "retard" the properties of Liquor, but it will not actully freeze.

40% vodka will not freeze at home or at a pub freezer. you can ofcourse mix it in flavoured jelly's like orange, raspberry, strawberry etc and chill it for a great flavoured jelly with a massive kick.
