Of course you can. No need to talk to a priest about it. Tell God what you want your confirmation name to be. Know in your heart that God loves you and will call you whatever you want Him to.

Probably not, but its not like your confirmation name has to be what everybody calls you so why worry? If you really want to change it, talk to your priest.

No, don't do that. God will send you to hell for sure if you CHANGE YOUR NAME that a PRIEST gave you.

Guess who made up whatever rules there are about names? Why, people, of course. Are you people, too? Does your opinion count as much as some Bronze Age authority?

Do whatever you like. If you don't like your name, change it to one that you do like. Life is too short to go around with a name that you dislike.
