I know that they almost require a storefront now. I do have an office in my home I could use, but I'm not sure this will pass. Also am I allowed to only have minimal hour such as a couple hours every other weekend. I know several ffl's that have no storefront. They do a few sales a year, some internet but mostly to friend. How do they get away with this every year?

In all seriousness I would contact the family lawyer or a lawyer the family has used before. He may help or know another lawyer you can. The "LEGALEEZE" is something to leave up to them.

Tell the truth!!! Although, well meaning, I think the Brady bunch and Democrats are dillussional that criminals will tell the truth on the ATF form. The rest of us, Law abiding citizens will of course, tell the truth. So what does the form exactly do for anyone?
